According to the official analysis and report by the European Commission and the European Environment Agency in July 2024, Croatia has been confirmed to have 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞! An impressive 99.1% of Croatia’s coastal areas (886 out of 894 tested) received excellent ratings for water quality. The study included 27 EU member states, Switzerland, and Albania, with Croatia ranking first, followed by Greece, Cyprus, and Austria.
