We couldn’t be prouder! Croatia has just earned global recognition at the prestigious 2025 Decanter World Wine Awards! In its 22nd edition, this renowned competition remains the largest and most influential wine event in the world. This year, an impressive 248 leading experts, including 72 Masters of Wine and 22 Master Sommeliers, evaluated wines from 57 countries, making it the most competitive year yet.

And Croatia truly delivered. With a remarkable 386 medals, our country proudly placed 8th globally, showcasing the depth, passion, and craftsmanship of our winemakers. Among the awards: 256 bronze, 115 silver, 14 gold, and a coveted platinum medal awarded to the exquisite Benvenuti San Salvatore Muškat 2021 from Istria. A heartfelt congratulations to all the dedicated winemakers whose work continues to put Croatia on the world wine map!
